Homework

Homework is an important part of children’s development, it develops independence of study and reinforces what the children have learned at school. It also allows parents and carers to get involved more closely in their children’s learning.

At Grafton we expect all children to read every night and that they learn their tables ans spellings each week.

Depending on age teachers will also set additional homework for maths and English with somework linked into the topic being studied over the term. Please see individual year group curriculum reports for more detail.
